2. Scope and eligibility
These Terms apply to consumers and business customers within the meaning of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as implemented in Finland and to other purchasers where compatible. You must be at least eighteen years old to order food supplements. You warrant that information you provide is accurate.
3. Products and descriptions
We sell AndroVascor as a food supplement. Product pages describe format, ingredients, and usage instructions. Images are illustrative; minor colour differences may occur. Food supplements are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Keep products out of reach of children. Follow label directions and consult a healthcare professional if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
4. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT at the rate applicable in Finland for consumer sales unless stated otherwise for cross-border destinations at checkout. Delivery costs are shown before you confirm payment. We may change catalogue prices before you submit an order; the price at checkout confirmation applies.
Payment methods are those shown at checkout. Payment processing may be performed by regulated payment service providers under their terms. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers when a third-party provider tokenises the transaction.
5. Order process and contract formation
Product information on the website constitutes an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. The order process includes a clear summary of the main characteristics, total price, delivery costs, and payment methods. You can identify and correct input errors before placing the order.
A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email or equivalent acknowledgement. If we cannot accept your order, we will inform you and refund any payments without undue delay.
Inquiries submitted through contact forms may not constitute binding orders until confirmed in writing.
6. Delivery, risk, and title
Delivery times are estimates and depend on carrier routes. Risk of loss and damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you provided or to a collection point you selected. Title passes when we receive full payment unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

7. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers in the EEA generally have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to exceptions for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if opened after delivery. 8. Defective goods and non-conformity
If goods are defective or not as described, you may have remedies under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act and the Sale of Goods Act. Notify us promptly with evidence such as photos and batch numbers. We will repair, replace, reduce the price, or refund as applicable. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or other mandatory statutory rights.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for direct losses arising from a single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide higher protection. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data except where such exclusion is prohibited.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, transport disruptions, or failures of utilities or telecommunications.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, trademarks, logos, layout, and images, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or distribute content for commercial purposes without prior written consent, except where permitted by mandatory exceptions.
11. Prohibited use
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, or use automated systems to scrape inventory in a way that harms our infrastructure. We may suspend access for suspected abuse.
12. Privacy and communications
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Electronic communications relating to your order are part of the contractual relationship.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would refer to another jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected if you live in the EU.
We encourage amicable resolution. EU consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi) may assist consumers in disputes. You may also bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence or in Finland as permitted by law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, operational, or commercial reasons. The version applicable to your order is the version posted at the time you placed the order, unless a change is required by law and applies retroactively.
15. Pre-contract information for consumers
Before you are bound by a distance contract, we provide the main characteristics of goods, total price including taxes and charges, payment and delivery arrangements, our full identity and geographic address, the existence of a legal guarantee of conformity, and information about after-sales services and commercial guarantees where applicable. This information appears on product pages, at checkout, and in order confirmations.
