2. Right of withdrawal for EU consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have a right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods. For contracts covering multiple lots, the period may start when you receive the last item—see the detailed rules in Chapter 6 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example, email or letter) before the deadline. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

3. Hygiene exception for sealed food supplements
Under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive as implemented in Finland, the right of withdrawal may not apply to the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery. Many food supplements, including AndroVascor when supplied in sealed containers, fall within this category once the seal is broken.
If you open the product and the seal is broken, withdrawal may be excluded. If the seal remains intact and the product can be resold safely, you may return it in line with Section 4. When in doubt, contact us before opening the packaging.
4. How to return goods when withdrawal applies
After you notify us within the withdrawal period, send the goods back without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicated your decision, unless we offer to collect them. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
Goods should be returned with all accessories, labels, and documentation. Use appropriate outer packaging to prevent damage in transit. We recommend tracked shipping and retaining proof of posting until the return is completed.
Unless we have agreed otherwise, you bear the direct cost of returning goods. If the goods cannot normally be returned by post due to their nature, we will inform you of the cost estimate.
5. Refunds after withdrawal
If you validly withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs at the least expensive standard rate offered, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day we receive the goods back or the day you supply evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier. We use the same payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have supplied proof of return. We may make deductions if the value of the goods has diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
6. Defective or non-conforming products
If goods are defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, different rules apply than withdrawal. Notify us within a reasonable time after you discover the issue, and in any case within two years of receipt for consumer goods unless a longer period applies. Provide photographs, batch number, and a short description.
We will offer repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination with refund as required by Finnish law. Return shipping costs for defective goods are generally borne by us when we confirm the defect.
7. Incorrect or incomplete deliveries
If you receive incorrect items or quantities, contact us within fourteen days of delivery. We will arrange correction, supplementary shipment, or reimbursement, including reasonable return instructions where needed.
8. Business customers
If you purchase as a business, statutory consumer withdrawal rights may not apply. Commercial return conditions are governed by the contract, Incoterms where used, and the Finnish Sale of Goods Act. Contact us for a written RMA process.
9. Processing timeline
Return processing typically requires five to ten business days after the goods arrive at our warehouse, subject to inspection. Refunds to card payments may take additional banking days to appear on your statement.
10. Personal data in returns
We process personal data in returns handling as described in our Privacy Policy, including order identifiers and communication history, for as long as needed to complete the return and meet accounting obligations.
11. Supervisory authorities
EU consumers may contact their national consumer authority. In Finland, the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority provides guidance at kkv.fi. Data protection queries may be directed to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman at tietosuoja.fi.
12. Updates
We may update this Return Policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The version on this page with the latest “Last updated” date applies to new orders.
